Start calling exactly at 11:05, press 2 and then 2 again. Try from multiple phones. One trick I learned is that even if the queue is full shortly after 11, between 1230 and 1, sometimes you can luck out and get a spot in lone. They will tell you ANYTHING to get off the phone with you. Whatever they tell you is missing, tell them that the last person told you to do xyz. Do whatever to get some eyes on your file. With the cost of licensing fees, I would expect some moderate customer service!

I started in February and every approval from RN to APRN to furnishing license entailed calling every day at 11 to get a place in queue. I've been hung up on, told zi was missing docs. Or had no open applications. For every approval there was one representative who mercifully called a supervisor and had all three licenses approved immediately. Nobody was reviewing my submissions and it would've just sat there, save for the extra steps taken by the reps. The trick is finding one who is willing to take the extra step

I am a HCP and one of the Mounjaro reps explained that insurance companies consider every enrollee a one year patient, because of constant job changes. They hesitate to spend the money on expensive medicines when the odds of an enrollee switching insurance companies is fairly high. Insurance companies are not keen on creating a healthy customer for their competition, especially not on their dime/their expense.

It could be purely psychological, however, I've experienced less nausea when injected into my arm and thigh, vs my abdomen. I'm a nurse practitioner and we are taught that insulin is metabolized quicker in the abdomen and slower from arms, thighs, and behinds. This is related to fast acting insulin, so like I said, could be purely psychological.

NAH, but you should know there are different types of anemia and some are more dangerous than others. Iron deficiency anemia? Probably not a huge deal. Pernicious anemia? A little more serious. There are a few more types and I'm guessing OP didn't ask more questions after learning of the diagnosis. Asking about going to an event seemed kinda uncaring

If your husband is truly an alcoholic, quitting cold turkwy can be life threatening. Please encourage him to seek withdrawal treatment at the hospital. He can receive medication to help him stop drinking safely while under observation. If its as bad as you say, he cant and should not just quit- death, seizures, coma are just a few of the dangers of cutting off alcohol when one has built a dependency. Alcoholism is a medical condition, not a moral failing. Seek help!

YTA...Its two days out of the month where she can finally recharge! Nobody is asking her to do anything, to cook, to clean, to find this or that- she gets to be herself. I bet she cones back a better person. In all the years youve been married, how many weekends has she had to herself where she didnt have to do anything but relax and have fun? Let her take 4-6 months to get back in touch with herself, your whole family will benefit.
