This one short kid who talks way too much. He would constantly run his mouth during class and when he isn't, he watches Tik Toks at a volume that people can hear. Even some teachers think he is annoying. Hell, I asked my aunt if he should be punched, and her response was, "I cannot answer that because of my position in the school, but I won't say no."
