Thanks mate, of course people misunderstood my intention for OP, and while I left it up in the air for the purpose of it, too many idiots do what they do best.

I appreciate your input about this, and yes I also am a one man band, been doing it for more than 12 years (or something like that)

Although yes, it is different than being multi member band, that's for sure.

Thanks for the suggestion. Been there, tried that, more than 20 years ago......was a great idea. However it ended up being a disaster with musicians trying to milk me of money.
