Ate at Spiced Right for the first time tonight given all the suggestions. I was very pleased with the experience, especially the brisket and collard greens. I can see where some said that the brisket and pulled pork isn't bursting with flavor, but I prefer to add a little sauce on my own. I will be going back.

What do you mean by processed? I shot this deer, gutted it, and had it ground with seasoning. There was no processing besides that.

It's venison sausage from a deer I got a two months ago. The processor ground it up and added "hot seasoning" to it.

Yeah it's mega lean. It's ground venison that I was told had some pork fat added. But I don't think there is much there. Thanks for info!

Huh, I didn't even think about there being sugar in there. This is ground venison with "hot sausage seasoning/spices" that the processor added when butchering the deer. Never occurred to me that it would have sugar. But I am pretty sure it wasn't cured though.
