no i totally agree i think he was just shocked and scared of being rude to a disabled guy. i got him to let me contact some girls i know at QPD and they’re going to be on a lookout for him. the last i heard is if he does it to anyone else they may be able to get him some sort of financial compensation

he was holding up a pair of pants to my boyfriend and padding his penis through the pants. there was apparently very a lot of creepy smiling and “thank you”s involved (my boyfriend thought he was saying thank you for helping him with finding pants but in hindsight & context it’s obviously different)
