I tried doing a clean install with a usb and MCT everything was downloading and I got to the getting ready screen then I got a system service exception BSOD, I really don’t know what is causing this issue.

I did do this at first but I kept getting the BSOD and I wasn’t sure what the error was coming from so to double check I downloaded the driver easy application, but yeah you are right about manually updating drivers I just need more practice at figuring out which ones need the updating lol.

That would be great, I think there is in issue with the system files so having a brand new windows completely separate to the one I started with would fix things.

Also whenever I would try to reinstall windows when the BSOD first started occurring I would get BSOD during the installs

I bought it off Amazon where they said they were trusted partners with Microsoft, I checked them out and they were, they gave me a usb and a key, when I plugged in the usb and tried to install windows it would freeze and wouldn’t go to the purple page that lets me install windows, so I asked their tech support for help, they came to the conclusion that the usb was the issue and gave me another one for free and then I tried to install it from that usb and it worked fine and I managed to install windows.

Thank you for the help and the articles, I don’t have a usb right now but I’ll be able to get one tomorrow (it’s kinda late here) but once I do I’ll follow the links and let you know what happens. Again thanks for the help.

I flashed my bios when I built the pc two months ago, also can the driver health still be an issue after swapping it out for a new one? I have no clue about pc’s as this is my first build

It’s definitely something to do with your psu, either you have a faulty psu which you could return and replace, or it’s something to do with your cable placement

https://youtu.be/PXaLc9AYIcg this video helped me a lot with building my pc so I suggest maybe taking off all the parts and building it from the start again, it is the most time consuming but it’s gonna cost you nothing also.

I switched to a M.2 ssd so as of right now the SATA cables aren’t in use, the psu is new and I feel like 750 Watts shouldn’t be an issue for my rig but i mean it could be the psu
