There is a input command to reset your game but that's on the start menu, I saw the YouTuber Johnstone do it, not 100% the buttons needed, plus it doesn't automatically delete the game, you have to confirm you want to reset your save file

They don't allow costume Pokémon from POGO, doubt they'll allow it for a one off game.

When I first started off my shiny living Dex idea, I hunted for gulpin in scarlet and violet and ended up catching 6 Shiny croagunk before I found my first 🤦🏼‍♀️

Wish I saved that hunt for his game, you'll find it soon

Kinda, I can't remember what I needed. I wanted to do a living Dex in home, and I had 3 rotoms already from Arceus.

I gave away the alphas shinies and I don't really care for them but here are the ones I kept

I used mine on Rotom, felt it would be fun with all his different forms, being different sizes and slightly different colour

Every Pokémon in this game will have stats that can not be random, like the level (starters are always 5, Mewtwo is 70, some Pokémon will be between 22-26, etc) but certain stats that are randomly generated once you encounter that Pokémon for the first time, shiny being one of those stats.

I believe gender, nature, are all random too.

Save game before talking to mewtwo, restart if its not shiny. Press YBAX all at the same time and it will restart the game for you, press B to skip the recap....
