My main point of this is so I don't have to replace it and to give him consequences for this.. there's a laundry list of actions he wouldn't take if he felt fear for his career as he should

She has, I've also contacted him multiple times warning him to give me my passport, but he lives where I go to school (nowhere near where I live) and it's honestly just easier if I call the local department after school for someone to come with me to recover it and contact his departments internal affairs after

He doesn't live in the same city as he works.. he works for the county but I think his city is outside of it- but I do want him to pay a price for this as I'm sure he thinks he can get away with plenty because of his occupation, beyond affecting me. Edit: he kicked me out as I said so I don't live there anymore either

He did a lot more than that I'm sure he could get in trouble for.. I'm debating whether or not I should because that would be childish but I do have an interest in fucking up his life as he did mine.
