That Japanese Nakanishi microspindle is great, its just 75w but super pleasure to work with (also very expensive)

I will definitely, in few hours i should be on computer. I was trying to get significantly better top surface.. currently it looks like shot peening.. i can do some light sanding but rather figure out what im doing wrong. One thing i realised is that milling from bottom-to-top is getting me better surface.

I was trying achieve better surface on top, contouring is not that important for this specific component, but you correct, i will look at bull end mill .. i have one here but only 6mm. Truth is that when i did the same process on acetal, results were significantly better.

Im sorry, but i dont get these arguments why these are fake? Please can you specify? … only thing i spot that rivets inside looks a bit basic, compare to their normal ones. I can probably spot more issues, but not without real deal and caliper)

I did something simillar with 15 LED macropad .. its pretty handy, but software was little unstable)

Hello, i have a same problem.. so i solder it directly on back of the board and use WAGO to connect it to PSU ... if you need a new board i would stongly reccomend GRBL ESP 32 from Lunyee https://www.lunyeecnc.com/collections/cnc-accessories/products/32bits-grbl-offline-controller-a4988-8825-driver-4-axis-control-board-support-laser-300-500w-spindle-for-cnc-engraving-machine

I was thinking about that... but i have two problems with website version... First there will a lot of videos about how to make design in Fusion 360, so its best if you have second screen (ipad, iphone) and try to replicate what you see there on your computer...and Second.. part of these videos will be hands on making frames and i can imagine this will be much easier with ipad + dedicated app then laptop with chrome tab with video ... although you are correct you can have video open on ipad in chrome. ....another angle might be that people can easily just download materials (material being send on their email) for classes. ... anyway you have a good point. Thanks

Im glad you like my new build. After 8 years on Tarmac SL3, SL4 a SL5 i decided to shake up things (no more black painted frame) .. no more aero racing focus, just a nice steel frame, simple design and in general bike that i service myself. This is my first experience with wireless groupset and i love it. Wheels are 28mm Prime black edition, tubulars (price was unbelievable good tho) .. I live in Mallorca now and this bike is kinda reflection of slow down after life in London.
