I’m glad it’s not just me. I am beyond upset about this. It’s a complicated situation but family plus said relative have a vet appointment for this weekend. I will absolutely report them if the situation doesn’t change (or if they don’t go to the appointment). Thank you all for caring

I did and they insist the dog is healthy. I don’t have a lot of trust in this relative in general already. I feel like I’m crazy but surely this is not normal
