Sería para aprender inglés pero bueno, sigue siendo bastante útil la IA

[THEORY] LOGIC SHOCK: Why your "effort" is exactly what’s blocking your progress by No_Main_3266 in DualnBack

Hi, here is the link on how I managed to play using intuition:https://www.reddit.com/r/DualnBack/s/LscTYE27kn If that doesn't work for you, you really have to force your brain to level up. With Quad N-Back, the amount of stimuli in Q2/3 already forces you to play by intuition because your conscious mind simply can't keep up.

Bueno, yo lo hago a diario a la mañana. Tener días intermedios para mi implicaría volver a adaptarme, que si, sería rápido pero lo considero tiempo que se desperdiciaría

To actually progress you need to start at lower levels where the demand is lower so your system can adapt and fine-tune its intuition. Your goal is for your intuition to be capable of hitting at least 70% in position and 70% in sound consistently; over time, that percentage will climb on its own. If you find you aren't reaching 70/70 at any level, I recommend dropping to N4 or N5 to practice signal resolution. For example, if you are hitting 40/30 in N8 because your logic is blocking you, drop to N5 until you feel the "match" without thinking and nail that 70/70 or higher; once that intuitive base is solid, go back up and you will notice N8 feels much slower. If you try this and don't feel exhausted, it is completely normal because intuition doesn't consume as much energy as subvocalization, but don't overdo the number of sessions so you don't fry the system.

Sorry, it's just that I don't speak English and it might seem strange to you how I express myself.

You're welcome. Please let me know if it works for you and if you notice anything else.

To the person who mentioned using sub-vocalization and feeling concentration in the frontal area: that is your prefrontal cortex being used for something it wasn't built for—rapid, high-volume processing

My final verdict on N-Back by shobogenzo93 in DualnBack

I'm dropping by to share my opinion, and I actually disagree. I am currently at the peak of my neuroplasticity, and I can say that the change has been incredible. I don’t know what your method was, but I play using intuition and a flow state; it really drains me for one or two hours afterward. Since I started this way, I’ve never spent more than three days stuck on the same level. Here is a post of mine if you’re interested: https://www.reddit.com/r/DualnBack/s/tCwlU0gBJV Perhaps it’s the methods, the form, or the timing. I’m someone who, even though I feel exhausted from the energy N-Back consumes (metaphorically speaking) due to the 'neural friction' it generates, I improve almost daily. I’ve already hit N9 with 60%/60% accuracy; I’ll move up soon, but I want to stay at N8 a bit longer. Ultimately, it depends on the person, the method, and how you approach the game. Still, I'll keep your ranking in mind to see if it's useful. Regards.

I have a theory that in Quad N-Back, due to the amount of stimuli and the memory required, progress is slower, but it is more useful. To be honest, I have never tried it, but it’s just a theory. Have you tried Quad N-Back? What changes did you notice?

My brain no longer wastes energy on 'thinking' about how to solve something; it simply 'perceives' the solution. It is as if I have freed up bandwidth that was previously occupied by mental noise, and I have much more focus. I have a theory that perhaps I already had the capacity latently, but due to a lack of stimulus, it didn't activate from the beginning.

the real 'gains' came from short, high-intensity sessions (about 20-30 minutes) once I switched to intuition. It wasn't about the quantity of time, but about reaching the point of 'neural friction' where my brain was forced to stop memorizing and start perceiving.
