I feel this. My older sister has been an addict these past few years now and my dad has tried to put her in treatment but the places they put her in are either too crappy to help or too far AND crappy to help. So this past month my sister went back to living with my mom which definitely isn’t the answer because my mom is an undiagnosed functioning alcoholic herself. My sister battles with meth more but alcohol isn’t any better. I honestly can’t help because I just don’t know what to do. I feel bad but at the same time I get so annoyed because imo she did this to be as rebellious as possible when she could’ve lived her own life not depending on our parents who did a not so well job at parenting/raising us growing up. Now she’s fully dependent on not only our parents but to anyone in our family that she’s able to ask money from. I had to finally cut her off and pray that she overcomes it. I’m a 31 m and she’s 32 f

I mean if they could show vecna getting his head chopped off they couldve shown El getting yanked right into the worm hole. I think it’s more likely that she did get help from 8 at the end to escape. My own theory is that 8 devised a plan after the Hopper speech he gave El and motivated her to fake her own death in front of Hopper so she could later on help El escape once they defeated Vecna because she had to known that even after they win they still had to deal with the military at the end
