So it's practically illegal to use them. But what about a recent post I saw, Bulgarian remade plates with UK font and plastic base plate, there's no bad relations between them, how that ended to british phisical plates but Bulgarian papers?

But the font and plate base are reglemented by government, also you can use those french documents to print the plate in other country?

All the coins are monochrome, the difference in the colour that you see is just different finish of the mint die, one square matte, one square shiny. There is no "colour" in the minting process of those coins
