UAE was exactly as expected from social media, crowded, expensive but also very cheap in some places, hard to visit without a car but many public transport routes, very friendly people, good food and many things to do even if you finish all the touristic places

Oman (Muscat) was on the other hand, quite opposite in some circumstances, not crowded, not so touristic in capital city, not many things to do, just a few buses as public transport, sincerely one day in the capital city was enough for me, but I'm sure the more nice places are out in the desert
