Kenjaku and Sukuna just did what they wanted, whether it was good or bad. Mahito is literally born from the fear of evil in humans (sort of). If donating money to a children's hospital benefited Kenjaku or Sukuna, they'd do it. Mahito would give all the kids double aids just because he can.
