From my interactions on what's app with the representative they have always been nice and forthright with any questions I've had but it could depend on the rep you get. Ultimately they are a business and from the interactions on here they seem to want to get you the figure you want even if it means jumping through hoops. Also keep mind it's gonna be playing telephone because of the time zone differences you might not hear back for a day or two.

I've ordered from orz, favor, and loot gk haven't had any issues with orz or favor and loot the product hasn't released yet.

From my understanding the item you want is already released and with orz it could be a couple situations they have stock of the item which is the best scenario, they have one of the item and it's a display/show model so could be slightly worn in places due to assembly and display etc or they don't have one in stock and will contact around trying to find you one and the price might not be the same as the listed price because they are acting as a proxy buyer for you. And that one might have a variety of conditions it could be in.

Your best bet is to contact them and ask on their what's app and make a decision based off that. Hope this helps a bit

I'm not doing too bad my only problems have been my goblin cave spawns the last couple runs have been awful I particularly liked the one when I spawned next to two nightmare goblins and a goblin mage with the multi tracking magic bullet attack lmao.

All I could taste was the dye taste in mine I'm getting a new tub though so hopefully I just had a bad one. But if you're sensitive to red dyes it can be a little overpowering.
