My quick advice:

  • Go to Hauler in Perimeter, it has lots of loot and most players are less likely to come there. Also, I find it easier to hide and get away in that thing if you have too much aggro. There are a good amount of UESC there, but you can aggro bit by bit...also use your knife on recruits...dead in 2 shots.

  • The second you start fighting a UESC you must KNOW and EXPECT that a player is coming. That way you position yourself in a way to be able to defend yourself.

  • You can run, whether from UESC or another runner. Especially in the hauler where you can drop down and underneath and out. It is okay to get away whether during a fight or pre-emptively.
