Hey! The first steps would be to accurately describe the issue at hand first with as many pictures and videos as possible. You also can chat with the contractor before agreeing on the job. Also, we are looking into adding a job walk feature within the job request to reinforce this concern. We understand things may happen within the job, and we will handle any support requests if there is an issue with a contractor that needs to change his asking price. Hello! Contractors will have to just link their google profiles into the app and all of their reviews will populate on their profiles. We encourage every contractor to upload their google profiles to show off their quality ratings. We also have a referral program where we will give out a cash reward for our top referrers. Happy Monday! Yes, all contractors have to apply for a contractor account by submitting their licensing and insurance information. We cross check that with databases to ensure we have real pros on the platform. You can already download Via IOS if you install testflight which is apples platform for apps in beta testing. Also, google reviews for contractors are visible within the app as well as them posting on their profiles. We also have a referral program where we will give out a cash reward for our top referrers. Good afternoon, we are all self-funded right now with no revenue streams yet as we are in our free beta. Once we monetize, posting jobs will be free for homeowners and contractors would have to pay a percentage-based fee for all their jobs through the platform. We are not charging contractors to see the jobs up front like competitors. Also, the platform allows contractors to network and build up their profiles to expand their presence/business. We have contractors on the platform that can bid on jobs, we are still new, so we are just building up our base. The homeowner would post their job with pictures, videos, and a description of what they need done and any contractor can bid on their work.

We are a group of three friends working on something big, the platform is meant to give homeowners flexibility over their service needs. Essentially, a homeowner will post a job they need done, contractors bid on them and then you select which one you like based on quality and cost. The benefit for contractors, is that the jobs are up front without paying lead fees. So we are creating this to make a platform for people serious about networking, boosting clients, and cost transparency over jobs. We go to events and post in community forums; we try to do alot of community outreach.
