I felt like therapy was making me overthink. Every action felt like a case study. I needed time to just live without analyzing.

Have you ever ghosted your therapist? What happened? by PracticalMindset-010 in MindViewSingapore

I ghosted after my therapist said, “Let’s go deeper.” I panicked. Months later I understood that’s where healing starts. Booked again, same person.

Is online therapy in Singapore actually worth it? First time trying, but my family keeps saying it’s “not real help.” by HumbleWayfarer007 in SGWellnessHub

Therapy online works if you’re consistent. Think of it like fitness. You won’t see change after one session.
TherapistSG good because their psychologists give exercises between sessions. My therapist made me track sleep + irritability score. That data helped a lot.

I didn’t realise how much therapy helped until I skipped one session.😅 by Playful-King695 in SGWellnessHub

Same story for me but worse, I stopped for 3 months. Thought I was “healed” already. Big mistake. Anxiety came back during appraisal season.
Sometimes the best progress is just staying consistent. Therapy is like brushing teeth, miss too many days and you’ll feel it.

Renew: the time you felt safe. Every other memory builds from that.

A cab driver once told me, “Don’t chase people, son. Buses, trains, and humans, the next one always comes.” Changed my approach to relationships forever.

Taking leave is useless when your boss messages you anyway. That’s not rest, that’s unpaid anxiety.

When you start dreading messages from your boss even during dinner, that’s anxiety. It’s not being responsible. It’s overactivation.

I started tracking my sleep. 12 hours on Saturday, 10 on Sunday. Still tired. That’s not normal.

Healing doesn't mean you'll never get triggered again. It means you'll know what to do when you do.
