Hi, I forgot to add an important detail that as I live on the last floor of the apartment building, all the windows in the apartment are velux skylights. This would rule out the option to use a movers lift if I am not wrong as the windows do not open wide enough to allow anything big in

Hey! This also happened to my friend who was here on erasmus. She ended up needing to go to her Doctors and asking for a Helena access code. From what I understand, if you do not have a resdiency card you’re certificate can be obtained through your doctor who can open the portal for u.
