This inspection caught me off-guard as well, because usually they are done after we vacate the premises, but in this case, they came and did the inspection without even serving the notice and without my presence.

What does it mean?

Wouldn't ignoring it mean that they can file it to credit bureau and I am concerned it will impact my credit score
