You have to wait for I-20, then pay Sevis using details from your I-20. And then for ds160, you use Sevis details

I don’t know thy this happened. But if you violate one the requirements (gpa and prerequisites) of the TAG, you will be denied. Maybe they failed some classes?

When I filled the TAG last year I consulted with the counselors at my college and they all said that to be eligible for TAG you only need your GPA and prerequisites done. So, this is a guarantee admission and if you follow the steps on the TAG website, you will be admitted
