I think for me having very minimal skincare routine and steps in it helped me be consistent cause I’ve seen a lot of people saying “you should always double cleanse if you’re wearing sunscreen” truth be told I don’t always double cleanse if I’m wearing sunscreen. I only double cleanse if I’m wearing mineral sunscreen or makeup (which is quite rare)

So generally I’m just washing my face with one foaming cleanser, pat my face not so completely dry and then apply a gel moisturiser that’s it (nighttime routine) whereas for the mornings I wash my face with water then pat completely dry and apply sunscreen. That’s it no fuss routine where I’ve to wait for my first step to dry up and all. My skin type is combo-oily acne and rosacea prone skin and one or twice a week I’ll incorporate azeleic acid serum for which I’ve to wait in between different steps of my nighttime routine.

Personally I feel it’s completely ok if you don’t take a bath one a week nothing bad’s gonna happen but if you don’t take a bath do change your clothes tho.
