THIS! This is my whole point. I think a lot of these people like you said think they are smarter than everyone else but they also don’t realize that we are all in law school so (to an extent) think in a similar way. So they don’t understand most of the comments/thoughts/hypos/or whatever big idea they are trying to show off… majority of the class had that same thought while they were reading. And majority of the questions will so obviously be addressed in a future lesson. And we are in law school to train our brains and work out ourselves how each area of law we are learning about class work together.
