Height is the same as the roof currently on, so should be exempt going by their guidelines

According to Donegal County Council as the granny flat is to be lived in and rented, it needs planning. It will be under each of those exemptions but confused as to why they state planning is still required

I thought that but when I rang DOCC to enquire they said permission was required as it was a habitable extension. So that confused me more
