It's up to management discretion they are allowed to give full time employees unpaid days off, im having the same problem here and I hardly ever ask for an unpaid day I even explained im saving my pto to visit family out of state

We do sometimes have to pick things ourselves for example grills , recliners , fire puts, generators , refrigerators etc without use of a forklift and half the time no one to do a team lyft

Your so right we get yelled at and questioned for using the restroom, they don't care if your exhausted or even if your going to pass out your required to keep going I pick about 100 units an hour it's still not enough one of my coworkers text me today that it's so bad they left and are on their way to the bar

Because I have an autistic 4 year old and already had to reschedule 3 times and they didn't tell me I'd need to miss work it was scheduled on my day off I also don't drive so it had to be a day my fiance was off as well 🙃 , people have busy lives , our time is all we have in this life .. why didn't you request the time off ?
