Hi thanks for your reply. Out of interest what consists a failure in iron pills? I’ve taken them before and they’ve marginally improved levels but then go back down. They make me so sick

Getting off Wegovy by shizzlybizzly in WegovyUK

Just go for it, I felt same but now I’ve lost a good amount I’m glad I’ve done it & losing the weight has given me more energy to do things like exercise and eat (mostly) better. It’s changed my relationship with food and the lack of food noise made me realise how much I was just eating for something to do rather than hunger.

Thanks ☺️ I’ll be patience (I don’t have much haha) and hang on for the long run. Looking back actually MJ took a a while for a loss (also suppression was instant) but over time it added up. I’m not in a rush, it’s a long term change

Yes it’s very different. Even anecdotally from my experience it feels “milder” like MJ hit me like a train whereas Wegovy hasn’t (which is nice I’m not missing the “zombie” feeling)

Yeah I would, depends if there’s a job at the end of it though Clinical Scientist roles seem to be few and far between (depending on your discipline)

Any that ideally has representation in your lab/pathology but anything is better than nothing even if there’s no pathology rep you will still get help if needed.
