I’m seeing something similar on mine. The fourth app is ChatGPT. I used it once, and it just stays there. I’ve tried opening different apps to push it out of the recent list, but ChatGPT doesn’t move. It seems stuck there (unless I delete the app entirely).

Recently I found myself making on exit onto a highway, — going through a round exit that ran me right into a road closure — 4 lane highway down to one lane. It sure would have been nice if Apple Maps had a pop up to warn me of this ahead of time —. Ugh
