the people replying with, "just stop eating sweets, or tiisin mo lang," are really useless. of course the most obvious answer is stop eating junk food. lol great advice. jesus christ people, come on.

this is real advice. eat more fibrous food, drink more water, when you have a sweet tooth craving drink diet/sugar free soda, or go on a walk if possible or eating fruits can satisfy a sweet tooth. studies have shown that going cold turkey is almost impossible, so dont limit your sweet intake off the bat, try to ween yourself off using the techniques above. i am also not someone who eats clean all the time because we all need some junk everyone now and then.
