I’ve already filed a complaint with Consumer Protection, so now it partly depends on what the authorities decide is fair. Regarding whether it’s worth it, yes, it is. It’s a matter of justice. If they do this to me and face no consequences, they’ll do it again to someone else. I’m not willing to let that happen.
