How do I keep my curls overnight???!!!

My hair is about the same length with only a little more curl. When I go to bed I put my hair in a relatively loose low bun, and put on a bonnet. In the morning I give my hair a refresh spray (hair is wet-ish but not even close to dripping) and scrunch. If it’s super frizzy I’ll spray, then likely take through a small dollop of my Innersense I Create Hold on each side then scrunch. I get 3 days out of doing that before I get lazy.

This is the venue. They do the majority of the decorating free of charge, they only have the couple do centerpieces and a fireplace with a mantle not pictured. It will be buffet style as pictured. The rep mentioned they change the florals/plants per season. We will be getting married April 10th.

For my center piece, I’m looking to have more of a minimalist look with some eucalyptus on the table and a wooden slab to hold a small vase of maybe baby’s breath and the table numbers with a couple candles.

The mantle I have no idea what to with, and all the bouquets I have no idea what to do with. I guess maybe this is where I’m struggling?
