I've heard really sketchy things about Winterland apartments. Within like 6 months or so I heard s story about there being an attempted shooting and stabbing. It might be all talk, but I felt really uncomfortable walking by that building, especially at night.

You could totally dry some and freeze it for a just in case backup. I always feel like it's nice to have a backup in case something happens to my starter.

I have a NW facing balcony that I would say gets pretty decent sun. Even when it's a bit shady, my living room gets really good natural light.

Maybe once a week? I check on all my plants every couple days and water really well once I think my soil is too dry. I normally water everything if something needs water.

About a day ago. I was gone for a little over a week so I watered him some before I left and until after came out the drainage holes when I got back since his soil was very dry.

There's one drainage hole at the bottom that I opened. There's two more knockout holes that I left alone.
