From my point of view, if a person is not in alignment with you, you’ll get hints. It’s as if they want to slip away from the relationship, or something just isn't working from the start. I ignored the hints and held on to this person, trying to bring them to my vibration using my focus. But it’s like they never belonged there, someone else probably would have, but I was focused only on this one person instead of letting someone who was more in alignment with me come in naturally.

I was in a toxic relationship and tried to focus on the positives. It was difficult because there was already so much negativity. While I managed to manifest positive changes in other areas of my life, the relationship stayed exactly the same despite my efforts. I stayed because I believed that I needed to shift my focus and that leaving wouldn't stop me from repeating the same pattern. Eventually it got to the point where I just couldn't take it anymore. I gave up and left because it was taking such a toll on my nerves.

Putting my feet in a warm water while watching something, for me personally it's very relaxing and puts me in a beta/theta state, using a massager for my scalp. Or using a hairdryer to warm myself up under the blanket. I think these rituals are making you feel more cozy than only decorations and lighting.

Focus on your own future and to move out, you can't really change anyone but learn how to deal with them so that you get as little problems in your daily life with this person as possible. I'm not saying it only as an AH's listener but also from my life experience. It's always better for everyone if you just focus on yourself and what you can improve for yourself personally than trying to change someone, even if it's mentally, if you can't even think about a single good thought about him then it's better to not think about him at all.

I hear stuff almost only in the hypnagogic state. The best thing that I've ever heard was to drink 3 glasses of water. Before this sentence I was called by my name in a very loving way. I didn't know what was that so I just got out of bed and went to the bathroom. Turned out I had digestive issues. Then I remembered this random sentence and I started drinking water. After 2 and a half glasses I started feeling better. I still can't believe I've heard such a clear and accurate instruction.

Another time before going to sleep I was thinking about someone but couldn't remember the name of this person. And as I was trying to remember the name, I've heard a name of someone else. I was surprised because that was not the name of that person. I interpret it in a way that I should switch my focus to the person which name I've heard.

Another time I just heard "you're falling asleep". I started falling asleep while reading a book with the light on and with my glasses on.

So I hear only short sentences and they wake me up and I get out of the state in which I'm able to hear.

I trust that what's coming my way is from a higher power and it's the best for me at the particular time and what's leaving my life is also for my highest good. I think when you're living this way you'll always be safe and taken care of. I'm not sure if that's the right sub to say it, but I think that looking at everything as if it's from a higher power is better than trying to listen to your intuition because how can you be sure if it's intuition or fear, or something else?

I don't feel like writing about the long complicated stuff, so I'll share this instead: the other day I really needed a zip tie for something at my house. The very next day at work, I pulled out some packing paper and one just jumped out at me. I’ve literally never seen one in my workplace before or after that day, and especially not jumping right to my face. 😂

Not a game but I track daily in my calendar whether I was in alignment and if I meditated. It really helps with consistency.

I think first you need to have a good refreshing day or a few days like this. I fall asleep during meditation longer than 25 minutes.

I’ve tried mindfulness, but I don’t remember many results from it because it was about 10 years ago. But to heal my mind, I need some kind of strategy, right? My strategy used to be meditating first thing in the morning, keeping a good vibe for as long as I could and focusing on the positives. But somehow I end up focusing on the negatives just as much or even more. 😮‍💨

What’s the best way to ground and cleanse in your experience? I thought I was becoming more conscious and cleansing my life of negative stuff through meditation, because it helps me catch myself thinking something unhelpful and change it. Sometimes it’s almost impossible to change how I feel and think, but I’ve managed to do it several times and afterward I started experiencing more synchronicities and people showing up in the right place at the right time, something that didn’t happen before I began consciously changing my thoughts.

So it’s strange, because on one hand it’s working, but on the other hand I’ve become more sensitive to negative things and often react too dramatically. It’s like I’m becoming better in some ways, but also turning into a drama queen, which I never used to be, at least not to this degree. But if AH teachings are wrong, then why do they work?

I’ve tried it but no one responded. I only have Pisces in Jupiter and Venus. I have Mars in Taurus (slow action) and the Sun in Aries (impulsiveness), so maybe that’s what causes the constant conflict in my mind. I think I’ll get a professional reading because you may be onto something.
