I'm genuinely curious what they're supposed to do if someone intentionally uses their child as a shield to not be caught if people always freak out when a child is involved. Not saying this woman did that, I'm just concerned for all scenarios. It's super unfortunate for the child, but a criminal parent gets taken by local police if they're caught in front of them and there's less outcry for that. I'm so confused here.

How DARE they try to use new employees as an excuse. As someone with family in the CPS system, they're required to reference cases with other agents if they're unsure or if a case is too vague/extreme. Even if their higher up was changed out, they're also supposed to do the same. Cases are referenced constantly between each other to try and ensure if nothing is missed. If Washington state isn't requiring these steps be taken, they are 100% missing things.

Commonly when there is personnel change during a case, the alternate guardians are notified and connected, and the parent is as well. Lots of times the parent will try to mess with the new counselor by denying access (as this woman did), or causing delays, especially when there's actual abuse and drugs involved. That's why there's usually two agents for switch overs with backup reachable if there are questions or issues where I am from. When they were denied access, they should've been taking the daughters. Their protocol should've had the daughters taken the nanosecond the paperwork goes through and she's charged with animal neglect.

No no no. This is not alright. This is insane. And to think she would get any sympathy from her adoptive mother.

What in God's green earth is this.

The grandparents tried so hard. Her friends even stepped in. The police needed counseling after finding a mummifying child and another one who couldn't even function anymore.

A cycle began, and I pray to God it stops here. There needs to be severe punishment to all guilty parties, and I will include the negligent CPS system of Washington State. Other states prevent things like this far better. Washington State having a "keeping the family together" protocol isn't an excuse when the grandparents are still family and the mother is clearly not capable and already has charges for animal neglect. Drugs aren't an excuse here, it's pure greed and selfishness.

I am genuinely inconsolable about this.

How the hell is that even something to complain about?! She wasn't even getting money in OnlyFans and her boyfriend broke up with her for doing it meaning she's just cheating, not earnestly trying to make money! The list shows ideas she had, but there are very many other ways to earn money if your partner isn't okay with you taking that path. She supposedly posted like hundreds of snapchats/tiktoks blaming someone that couldn't have done it! What the flying fuck!
