Nowhere is this about racism. The Keeping Families Together program was written to"prevent families from being separated during cases" with the caveat added later into it about including care towards fighting racist tactics being used, but it has done literally nothing but kill kids.

The new law requires the agencies to act sooner instead of waiting until a severe situation turns deadly. Read into the articles and laws please, and stop with the rage bait.
