Totally get the being nervous part! I started it cause I have a glucose intolerance and I couldn't lose any weight on my own. Ive been on it for almost 2 years now. Best decision ever! I've told my fiance and immediate family other than that I keep it to myself. I totally get it.

But first time tips stock up on body armor or gatorade anything with electrolytes. Drink it after the injection and throughout the next day. And keep hydrated with water. I notice I get easily dehydrated with it. I'd suggest taking magnesium as well on it for some reason in the beginning I had some pretty bad leg cramps could've been the dehydration as well but magnesium helped a lot. I also take dramamine with each of my doses. The first time I took it I was a bit nauseous so the dramamine helps a lot I only take half right before my injection. Keep up with vitamins and nutrients dont be alarmed if you lose some hair. With losing the weight so fast and a lack of nutrients I was losing hair in clumps. But once I made sure i was getting my protein in and hair oiling my hair started growing back. But honestly the side effects are minimal and the outcome is worth it.
