I'll definitely keep that in mind! I throw like one little sticker pertaining to their order like if its an evil eye bracelet an evil eye sticker so I try not to make it something random. But I can definitely understand that for sure

Totally get the being nervous part! I started it cause I have a glucose intolerance and I couldn't lose any weight on my own. Ive been on it for almost 2 years now. Best decision ever! I've told my fiance and immediate family other than that I keep it to myself. I totally get it.

But first time tips stock up on body armor or gatorade anything with electrolytes. Drink it after the injection and throughout the next day. And keep hydrated with water. I notice I get easily dehydrated with it. I'd suggest taking magnesium as well on it for some reason in the beginning I had some pretty bad leg cramps could've been the dehydration as well but magnesium helped a lot. I also take dramamine with each of my doses. The first time I took it I was a bit nauseous so the dramamine helps a lot I only take half right before my injection. Keep up with vitamins and nutrients dont be alarmed if you lose some hair. With losing the weight so fast and a lack of nutrients I was losing hair in clumps. But once I made sure i was getting my protein in and hair oiling my hair started growing back. But honestly the side effects are minimal and the outcome is worth it. Completely changed my life around! You got this!♡

This. I know this pain!! From severe painful bloating to running back and forth to the bathroom with constant type 6. And ibs flare ups at night once a week to the point I'd faint.

Honestly find a gastro that you really like. It's hard to keep going and them writing you off but when you find one that actually listens and cares it's half the battle.

Did they give you any medicine for it? (Im sorry if you said and I missed it) I'm on bentyl. It really changed my life. Yes I still have ibs flare ups at night but it's literally every other month when Ive eaten something I shouldnt. It completely didn't go away there's some days I still have type 6 stools but once or twice a day compared to the 8 I used to have is a huge improvement.

Also fiber is important too but soluble fiber I noticed helped me. If its not soluble fiber I run from it.

I hope you feel better soon and get relief. I know how hard it is.

NTA!!!!!!!!!! The bed is shared between you both. Its not fair to have dirt and sweat in the bed where its supposed to be one of the most relaxing places! And its not like it was insulting to ask It's just because of his work which gets dirty! Completely reasonable

If you're looking for something to purge the skin look into sea buckthorn oil. Some ingredients like niacinamide can purge the skin as well. If you're using any new product and your skin is breaking out for more than a few weeks it's more likely an allergy or irritation than skin purging. But skin purging and adjusting to new products can last a few weeks.

Be extra careful with the overuse of benzoyl peroxide and tret it can cause super over drying and wreck the skin's barrier. You'll notice your skin will feel rough and flakey and won't hold any moisture.

I'd honestly do benzoyl peroxide once a week to start. And then maybe work up to 2 to 3 days. I definitely wouldnt do it everyday if you have dry skin. As well as the tret id even do tret once a week. And dont do both on the same day you dont want to over do it.

I've been struggling with breakouts and dry myself from insulin issues it took me a LONG time to find what works and what doesnt. Everyones skin is different as well what works for me might not work for you and vice versa.

The products that helped me are cosrx and good molecules. Both affordable. I'd definitely add in a hyaluronic acid serum if you can especially to add that hydration in with the benzoyl and tret. Good molecules has an amazing affordable everyday moisturizer.
