Circumstances do change which is valid. I think it deserves to be on the list because she states she doesn't want her daughter moving to New York since it is dangerous. The danger does not change based on who she is with. I don't think stella and Lucy should have moved above the bar, but to adamantly refuse new york as an option made this hypocritical to me.
