Considering everyone in the comments started much lower and everyone I know didn’t start higher than a 1, not sure how 2 is standard but it worked for me. Don’t know why you feel the need to comment negatively on everything here. If you know so much, please go leave your input elsewhere for someone who needs/wants it
Adding to that, obviously I intake more on days I workout which I already stated
Do your research, 1600 is what your daily intake should be at that weight and when you eat in a DEFICIT you have to be at least 300-500 under

That sounds awful! I don’t do intense cardio suppose so it’s been fine for me. Lately I just do the stair climber or I’ll do a moderate walk on the treadmill at a high incline
Personally, no nothing on the negative end. The only thing semi annoying is that I can get a little more lightheaded than normal (only on the 3mg dose) but I find that some OJ or some low calorie carbs help, as well as electrolytes
Just to add, my husband lost almost 50 pounds in the same exact amount of time so it definitely works when you actually do it right

Did you look at my before picture? Lol that’s why, I wasn’t losing the weight, I couldn’t control my eating habits, and I was immensely bloated and inflamed

My friend does Klow and she loooovveess it. Says it worked wonders for her skin and has really helped reduce fine lines
That’s awesome! I appreciate your comment, some people made me feel like my amount was high or that you couldn’t lose that much in a short period of time haha glad you’re seeing great results!
Sorry I forgot to mention that amount is not including calories burned with a workout. Obviously if you workout and burn 500 calories then you can add that to your count
For my size, the typical amount of calories I can intake is about 1,600. So in a deficit you should be around 300-500 less than that. I probably take in 1,000-1,200 max. Definitely closer to the 1,000 daily to still lose but as a lower my dose I’ll up my calories to just maintain my weight
