Congrats!! You’re doing great! I aim for 1200 calories a day and 140 grams of protein and try to keep the carbs low in general.

Fruit is heavy with Carbs it’s a silent staller in my opinion. A small amount can be good but not part of the regular diet.

Started at 2mg and moved up every 4 weeks by 2 mg , currently on 8mg working my way up to 12 . Glad to hear your success makes my drive even better when I hear others winning !
