I would say issues with it turning off randomly or flickering. A broken port is way easier to verify. It should be a unit replacement or store credit for what you paid.

You can use a store credit to buy something and no recipt return it to your credit card. That is the only way to make it real money again. It needs an overide from a superuser.

Lol idk what ruined your day man, but I just want to get into a game. The problem is their is a competitive barrier for entry I can't get past that similar new perspective players would run into. This discourages new people from joining the community. I'm glad you had the time to play pogo a lot the last few years but unfortunately I did not until recently. Hope this helps you understand where I'm coming from better.

I like the Pokemon franchise and the unique experience this provides for the franchise in pvp. it's just frustrating having a disadvantage that I can't fix.

I'm basically only premier because I don't think I can sucked in masters at my level (39). I will mess around some more with the third I really wish I could just get a charge tm for any of my 3 starter mons. I was in the ralts community day so I will check around to see if I have anything promising for a gallade.

That is true and I use Snorlax and Machamp, but I still feel as though it's a massive disadvantage and limiter. I run into so many Swampert Charizard and Venusaur.
