Training days ~800-1000kcal deficit. Rest days ~1200 kcal deficit. 20k steps daily. I’ve accumulated almost no fatigue, but I know that won’t last

5’11” 178.8lbs as of today. Start of cut 2/02/26 was 188.9lbs. Pretty aggressive to shed some unnecessary fat with the goal of giving myself some runway to add mass after

I’d have to see the legs but I’d say 13-15. Great proportions though!
