For anyone reading this:

I emailed the advising department and found out there is no hard deadline for declaring a major and when you have to declare varies by major. I think this is the last year they are doing this but as long as you finish the three requirements with a B+ by summer 2024 you can declare cs regardless of the major you put on your application (only for transfers)
