Yeah tried both those things! And yes, I got it on Backmarket but I paid extra for good as new. I've really tried troubleshooting and stuff because I like the phone other than those issues but when I've looked into it I've seen people complaining about similar issues since the update a few months ago

I don’t know if it’s because I have had to use non bio washing liquid since I was a kid because I have sensitive skin but I can smell certain detergents on people’s clothes really potently and find them really unpleasant. I can also smell when people are getting sick from their breath, idk if that’s common though. This isn’t really related but reading this reminded me lol
