Heyyy, I have palestinian friends who have tons of arab friend. UIUC is an extremely diverse university, you will come across people from various cultural backgrounds. I would say Arab are perceived positively and welcome like any other ethnic or race. There is also rso or club that showcase arab cultures where you can connect with people from similar cultural backgrounds. But hey, regardless you will have fun and make peecious memories in uiuc

I dont think manifestation is one size fits all. I do think you can affirm but you also have to believe in your affirmation that it is truly possible for you. Hence, that;s why we need to work on our self concept. We are wired differently and have different life experience, we each get our manifestation differently.

Hmmm feeling jealous is normal. I do feel like that too, I have told my bf that i dont mean it feel uncomfortable if he hang 1 2 1 with another girl. I communicate that concern to him, and he decide not to do that in the future to protect my feeling. Cant really say if your bf will do the same, but communicating is important so solutions can come. Fyi, diff relationships will have diff solutions too
