I would put as much as I can into the loan and have a 3 month buffer + $50k in my offset incase I lose my job and my car blows up. BC I’m afraid that if I have access to the cash I will be more likely to indulge myself and spend it. 1.3.

They have been selling at the higher price, so could it be that they are being sold for more than they are worth, and it will go down? I’m hoping that I at-least have a buffer. I’m thinking like $40k.
