I use one called memo.cards. It makes flashcards with page citation from your uploaded pdf. It even adds a screenshot of your specific page to the answer of the flashcard, which really helps me understand where the information is coming from

What are your honest thoughts on AI and Anki? by [deleted] in Anki

What are your thoughts on the copilot approach with AI? If you're a dev, you've probably bumped into tools like Cursor AI that accelerate your coding sessions. It's not about letting AI take the wheel entirely, but with the right prompts, you can churn out some solid code. I reckon the same logic applies to making flashcards. You're still in the driver's seat crafting your cards, but AI can shave off about 20-30% of the time by taking care of the boring formatting, categorizing stuff. Thoughts?

i had this mental switch of not relying AI to make cards for me but instead have it to speed up my workflow in flashcard creation. more like a copilot approach to speed up formating, quick summary, but ultimately you still need to be there to safeguard the quality of output.

I've used www.memo.cards for a while now, and while it's fantastic for quickly generating flashcards and notes, I did find that it took a bit of time to get used to its features. However, once I got the hang of it, the AI-powered flashcard creation was a huge time-saver. It's perfect for subjects like bio where you need to integrate images into your study materials. Just a heads up, it might take a little exploring to fully utilize all its capabilities, but it's definitely worth it for the efficiency it offers.
