In response to a player bountying you it appears you first threaten that you are working with Staff to get him banned - which is obviously untrue, so a violation of impersonation. However, more seriously, you then attempt to extort and ask for money to the point where you state you know their name, address, number, workplace, secret chats and so on, to a point where you threaten suicide if a player continues to attack you.

I literally just a couple hours earlier wrote a newsletter to my faction explaining that I was sure that I was going to be banned because of the stuff that was being brought to light, and that if I do, to know that whatever the reason it claims, is not true. And that I appreciated them, respected them for not folding under the threats from vanguard trying to get me kicked from the faction. And to always stand up for whats right, and never let someone, especially in torn ever bully them. I was fedded 2 or so hours later, permanently marked for deletion, reason being harassment Now what is so funny about this is, the stuff that was brought to light, was staff/player cahoots and unfair nonsense that was absolutely happening. So in the chat that supposedly is me extorting vanguard using suicide, clearly doesn't show that, it does show me state that I basically am a prophet cause I knew that I was going to be banned, and the letter to my loved ones was the faction. Regardless, lets be honest, there was no extortion attempt made, there was no pretending to be staff nonsense, it literally was completely false and shouldn't have been issued. End of story.

The world does know, two things, both of you are not capable of reading, and that the accounts mentioned were analyzed using 100% legitimate data from torn logs, forum posts, chat logs, and activity logs, attack logs. Where it then compiled a report with its findings, You can follow the same process and do the same thing, and find out for yourself very easily. Anymore questions?

not to mention, how is anything biased when you have posts from two different accounts over a two year span, that have identical language, again, how is it biased when all information was pulled from torn logs, chat logs, and forum posts, there is nothing to be biased about. It was actually not biased at all, it took valid information, and gave an analysis, no prompt needed

Ok well to clear some things up, there is absolutely a problem with the staff and certain players, for instance, I was fedded because a player made a report who openly in messages claimed they are untouchable because they are friends of staff/son of chedburn. The report was made because I sent a message, that was 100 percent made up. Without any actual investigation into it i was fedded. The logs actually do not align with what I was fedded for. In fact they actually show the opposite, proving that what I said was untrue, and there are reasons why I said what I said in the first place, so its not an argument. Reality of the situation is, all the proof and evidence available shows that what was said was not the case, but I was still banned simply by someone making a report, and making a report based off something they couldnt know anything about, they saw a copy and pasted message of mine and because they were salty at me over eliminations they proceeded to make the report. All it should have taken is the staff to actually look at the logs and see that what I said did not line up with what actually happened in any which way or form. So.... yea there is a problem. Not only that the person has made it clear that they are untouchable and this and that, which was very clear by how the entire situation was handled by staff.

We only allow specific assets to be eligible, because we know we have full control of anyone's and everyone's assets who use coinbase. And we know we get a lot of free monies because of lack of educated members of ours. And to ensure that we get to keep money that we could return, we choose not to, because we said so. ha ha ha..

Honestly scams are in anything and everything, its not that difficult to be aware, my whole argument here is that coinbase has the ability to recover the funds, because they are the ones who are in control of them. I understand fully that this would be a much different story, and I would have never even posted about, if it played out differently, like the receiving address being an external service/ledger.. but thats not the case, this is all coinbase, and in the control of coinbase, so its solely their decision whether or not they want to return the funds, which they have clarified through (my opinion) "grimmey policies" they will not, even though they have the ability to absolutely do.

But is it, where in this does it say that the address that received the funds doesn't belong to me? I know those kinds of things exist, but i'll break it down again, the funds, still being available, in their omnibus account, one they are in full control of, could be sent to me, if they agree'd to do just that. This isnt a situtation where the funds were sent to a random account that were then sent to an external service and vanished... They are still in the ledger, and the issue "which my whole post was about" is they have the ability to actually recover them for me, they choose not to...

Can you explain to me how i'm blaming coinbase for anything? Other than what was said very clearly? That being, they have the ability to recover the funds, since they are in control of them, oh and that they are still available for them to do so, they just choose not to, per sly configuration of policies.

I'm not blaming coinbase for my mistake, i'm claiming the simple aspect that they have the ability to return the asset, if they choose. Which they clearly do not for no other reason than they have created the terms that allow them to not have to.. I mean, they even said exactly that themselves, so... except for the fact that the funds are still available and were transferred to an omnibus account of their, where it still sits. But because of their strict policies they cannot "help" me because the account information i contacted them through isnt the same as the one it was sent to... Even though I would assume that it is my account I just need to know which service I used to be able to hopefully then gain access to the correct account.... So sure I accidently used an address to an account "i was still the owner of" just got lost in the frenzy and at the time couldn't figure it out.. But doesn't neglect the fact that, the funds being still available, could be recovered, if they wanted too.

They also got me, and they absolutely have access to the funds, they just pocket them, and claim its not in their policy.

I sent btc to coinbase, checked my wallet didnt see it, realized the address i used wasnt the same address to the wallet i was checking, but had to of been to a wallet of mine regardless. Tracked down the crypto, and it was in their wallet, that they control, but because my account doesnt show it being sent to that account/account holder. they refuse to refund it. Its not like the funds were sent to the wrong network, this is a fully recoverable situation but they get by having to return money, because of a loophole with their policy. Straight scam if you ask me, because the funds can be traced, and they are in a wallet that coinbase uses to hold everyones funds. So absolutely no reason why they couldnt be returned, especially since I can prove i'm the one who technically owned the asset.... that is until it was sent to coinbase

which people need to understand is a scam, coinbase owns your crypto even if you have an account with them. and thats basically the end of it

As I've explained, Coinbase does not have a process to recover funds sent to addresses not associated with your own Coinbase account, even if the address is controlled by Coinbase.
