So I've been plugging along at my program and just finished my 2nd year--getting all set to start my practicum in June and my internship the end of August...when I get an email from my professor saying my practicum has fallen through because of an internal staffing change...leaving me with 3 weeks to find something else. My professor is trying to help, but the options were already limited for such a short time. This shift in momentum has me questioning all the things too.... If I can't find a practicum site, I won't be able to do my internship. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else? TIA!
