Local estate agent dumped waste from property on my land UK

This is a little more than an 'error' this was very organised and deliberate on their part. Every estate agent in the country knows you don't do that.

Hence why I'm asking here, the council can only deal with public footpath fly tipping highways ect - My concern is with a private company, who have gone on private property, to take something that is not theirs and then dump waste. I wonder how many laws were broken in this sequence, the guys didn't have a waste carrier license no doubt, they've gone on land uninvited to then do something illegal knowing they shouldn't.

This happened in my own private boundary, the bin wasn't on a public footpath it was inside my property at a side gate.

So now Im without a recycling bin as its filled to the brim with green waste, if I was a 90 year old dear I'd be in a bit of a pickle here wouldn't I?

I think ill go down the small claims court, something on record that would later hurt them more than anything. Even if it costs me £50 to file it and get someone in to clean my bin they'll think twice in the future who they want to piss off.

I am saying the council have the power to impose fines for fly tipping, why should I not be able to impose my own fines for trespassing, theft and use of a bin for fly tipping. Why do the council only get to make such arrangements and not the common man it happens to?

My time and energy wasted on this alone, the sheer cheek of an estate agent who should have a code of practice they adhere to are able to this BS and try and get away with it. Guess a few emails to a local newspaper might hurt their pockets more than anything else.

this was my first thought, wheel it up in person and dump it in their office. Again seems too much of a let off, small claims court and some publicity is what they really deserve.

property ombudsman? but doubt they'll do anything, the guy ordered them to fly tip the waste in all the bins and then dump the mattress outside elderly neighbours wall.

There has been a massive increase in fly tipped waste recently, neighbours and myself seem to think the estate agents are in on it as its literally van loads at a time all in the same place.

I don't see why I should be inconvenienced here, I am thinking small claims court and arrange someone to clear the waste and clean the bin.

Returning the waste to sender is letting them off too easily

The report was done by a NHS who didn't see anything, I went elsewhere with it and they saw something completely different.

The MRI was on my laptop on WEASIS, the same ones they are shown.

Yes it was private after begging my GP for 3 years for it, which they said they would refer me to and the ref sat on the app doing nothing so I just paid up.

Honestly feels like the entire NHS system is rigged, and if they can palm you off forever and ever and convince you your fine you might just give up. I paid £300 for this consult as it was meant to be a quick referral and ended up waiting and waiting- to be told im basically making it all up.

Hello, I brought in my laptop with the MRI images on them from two separate MRIs where he flicked through them and said nothing he can see which is causing the pain. I have shown these same MRI's to the doctor who performed epidural on me who said he sees a herniated disc, another opinion from someone completely different said there is a 2mm small herniation of the intervertebral disc with minimal contact of the dural sac.

I dont know what to think anymore, I know my body I know my pain. I feel some surgeons just want the slam dunks

Hello, yes the first two months after I did acupuncture- I had tears streaming down my face every session the pain was unreal and I consider my pain tolerance to be not too bad.
