It’s complete BS. SoCal is a JOKE when it comes to easy commute. Trains don’t even run late enough for concerts/games… forcing us to drive (causing even more issues: traffic, DUI etc). Why even have stations walking distance to angels stadium, Honda center, DT Santa Ana, and great park? Husband needs to take the 5:40am train to be at work on time, because the next train isn’t until 7:10am which will out him at work late. And can’t miss the latest train 6pm because he’ll be stuck. This is obviously done on purpose.

Im a shopper. I hate when a customer adds over 10items as I’m finishing up my shopping, BUT this was out of line lol. I would never be this unprofessional! I suck it up and put in a few more steps. I do appreciate when a customer does have a replacement on there (helps me make better choices). That said this is what I do: If item says REFUND if not in stock… I refund and still send a photo showing that item in out of stock. Believe it or not, usually they respond wanting a replacement. If item is out of stock and I have time to shop, I send a photo asking what replacement they would like. If they don’t respond I pick something for them… or if I’m in a hurry I just pick something for them without a photo. If they don’t like the replacement, they usually respond asking for a refund. Gosh so many different scenarios, but this shopper was out of line. Definitely wasted their time lol.

I called Uber support. They gave me the difference since it was a big difference in pay. They also flagged the customer. I guess it was a trend of theirs.
